Voulgari House – Lefkimmi
The house of Stamatis Voulgaris in Potami Pentachorou Lefkimmi is a monumental example of local architectural composition of the first decades of the 19th century. The architect – urban planner Stamatis Voulgaris (1774-1842) was born and lived in the building during his childhood. The mansion has been designated as a historic monument by the Ministry of Culture. The building is two-storey stone built with wooden mezzanines and a wooden roof with tiles of Byzantine type, while there is a later addition of solid bricks.
