Kapodistrias House
In Melikia Lefkimmis is the so-called building “Viarou Kapodistrias”, brother of the Governor Ioannis Kapodistrias, a typical example of local architecture of a country mansion of the late 18th – early 19th century. It has been designated a historic monument by the Ministry of Culture. The building consists of a ground floor, with a built-in arched entrance, which houses warehouses, and a double external staircase that leads to the floor with a covered staircase (bozo) where the main house was located.
